Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By accessing www.twinstonesolutions.com, using the website, or purchasing a product from Twinstone Watches, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to the policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

1. About Twinstone Solutions & Twinstone Watches

Twinstone Watches is a brand operated by Twinstone Solutions LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Twinstone," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern use of our website and purchases made directly from Twinstone Watches.

2. Eligibility and Lawful Use

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to place an order. You may not use the website or our products for an unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malicious code, commit fraud, misuse payment systems, or use the website in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of another person.

3. Products, Specifications, and Limited Production

We make reasonable efforts to describe each product accurately, including its dimensions, movement, materials, water-resistance rating, included accessories, and other specifications. Product specifications shown on the applicable product page are the specifications intended to apply to that model.

Twinstone watches may be produced in small or limited production runs. Availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted. Replacement watches, model-specific components, or identical parts may not be available after a production run is exhausted.

Minor variations associated with manufacturing, finishing, printing, assembly, or materials may occur and do not necessarily constitute a defect.

4. Product Images and Digital Presentation

We make reasonable efforts to present our products accurately. Screen settings, lighting, photography, and digital display differences can affect the appearance of colors, finishes, textures, and proportions.

Some product images may be digitally or AI-enhanced for presentation, lighting, background, cleanup, or similar visual purposes. Such enhancement is not intended to alter the stated specifications or materially misrepresent the physical product. Written product specifications control if there is a material conflict between an image and the stated specifications.

5. Mechanical Watch Accuracy and Operation

Mechanical and automatic watches are precision mechanical instruments, but they are not expected to maintain the same timekeeping precision as quartz or electronically synchronized devices. Rate can vary with position, temperature, state of wind, activity, magnetism, impact, and other conditions.

When stated for a particular model, Twinstone may test individual watches on a timegrapher before shipment. A timegrapher reading is a quality-control measurement taken under specific test conditions and is not a guarantee of an exact daily rate during real-world wear.

Customers are responsible for following the operating and care instructions supplied with the watch, including instructions relating to winding, date setting, crown operation, and water exposure.

6. Prices, Taxes, and Errors

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and may change without notice. Applicable sales tax or similar taxes may be collected when required by law.

We reserve the right to correct typographical, pricing, inventory, specification, or other website errors. If an error materially affects an order that has already been placed, we may contact you for instructions or cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid.

7. Orders and Order Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase the selected product. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not prevent us from canceling an order before shipment when reasonably necessary.

We may refuse or cancel an order before shipment because of inventory errors, payment problems, suspected fraud, pricing errors, shipping restrictions, legal or regulatory restrictions, or other circumstances that make fulfillment impracticable. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the amount paid for the canceled item will be refunded.

Orders are subject to product availability. Limited-production products may sell out and may not be restocked.

8. Payment

Payment must be successfully authorized or processed before an order is shipped. Payment processing may be performed by third-party payment providers. Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy practices.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, and contact information for your order.

9. Shipping and Delivery

All orders are subject to the Twinstone Watches Shipping Policy available at www.twinstonewatches.com/customerpolicies. The Shipping Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Processing estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, weather, customs processing, holidays, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

For OCONUS or other international shipping, customers should contact Twinstone directly when instructed on the website or product page. International customers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage charges, and other destination-country charges unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

10. Returns and Cancellations

Returns and cancellations are governed by the Twinstone Watches Refund & Return Policy available at www.twinstonewatches.com/customerpolicies. That policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Return requests must be made within the period stated in the Refund & Return Policy and must satisfy the condition requirements stated there. Limited production and the condition of returned merchandise may affect the availability of a replacement or other remedy.

11. Limited Warranty

Watches purchased directly from Twinstone Watches are covered by the applicable Twinstone limited warranty stated in our Customer Policies. The warranty terms are available at www.twinstonewatches.com/customerpolicies and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The limited warranty applies to covered manufacturing or assembly defects and does not operate as insurance against accidental damage, misuse, wear, loss, theft, or owner-caused damage. 12. Water Resistance and Crown Responsibility

Water-resistance ratings vary by model. Customers must follow the specifications and operating instructions provided for the particular watch.

Where a watch uses a screw-down or otherwise securable crown, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the crown is fully seated and properly secured before the watch is exposed to water. Water intrusion or water damage resulting from an improperly secured crown, improper use, operation of the crown while wet or submerged, exposure beyond the stated rating, or any cause other than a manufacturing or assembly defect is not covered by the warranty.

Water-resistance claims may require inspection or pressure testing before warranty coverage is determined.

13. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its original content, product names, written materials, graphics, photographs, videos, design elements, and other Twinstone-created materials are owned by or licensed to Twinstone Solutions LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view the website and use its content for personal, noncommercial purposes related to evaluating or purchasing our products. You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, sell, commercially exploit, or create unauthorized derivative works from our protected content without prior written permission.

14. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may rely on third-party providers for hosting, payments, analytics, communications, shipping, and other functions. We are not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, terms, privacy practices, or availability of third-party providers except to the extent required by law.

The website may contain links to third-party websites. A link does not necessarily constitute an endorsement. Use of a third-party website is subject to that third party's terms and policies.

15. Website Availability and Information

We try to keep the website available and current, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous access. We may update, suspend, change, or discontinue website features or content when reasonably necessary.

Website content is provided for general product and purchasing information. Product-specific instructions, specifications, and written warranty terms should be followed when using or servicing a watch.

16. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty, remedy, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Except for the express limited warranty and any rights required by applicable law, the website and its content are provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twinstone disclaims warranties relating solely to website availability, uninterrupted access, or the absence of technical errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twinstone Solutions LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or purchase or use of a product, including lost profits or lost opportunities, where such damages may lawfully be excluded. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.

17. Customer Responsibility and Indemnification

You are responsible for your own unlawful use of the website and for information you knowingly provide in connection with an order.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Twinstone Solutions LLC against third-party claims arising directly from your unlawful misuse of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another party's rights. This provision does not require a consumer to indemnify Twinstone for Twinstone's own negligence, unlawful conduct, or breach of these Terms.

18. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, severe weather, natural disasters, labor disruptions, government actions, customs delays, internet or payment-network outages, supply interruptions, or similar events. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material delays affecting accepted orders.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the mandatory consumer-protection law of another jurisdiction applies.

Where legally permitted, disputes relating to these Terms or purchases from Twinstone Watches will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Florida. Nothing in this section removes a consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.

20. Severability and No Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.

Our failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce that provision later.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the website at the time of your order will generally govern that purchase, except where a later change is required by law or agreed to by you.
